My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is convenient, with easy access to a quieter part of Calangute Beach, which I really appreciated. However, the service left much to be desired, especially with a rude receptionist who didn't seem to understand basic hospitality. The room was clean, but the mattress could definitely use a thorough cleaning. Overall, I had a decent experience but not without its frustrations.
